FAQ’s
My aircon stopped working, what do I do?
Turn off your aircon, you may have isolator switch at the outdoor unit, otherwise turn off the circuit in the switchboard, leave it off for at least 10 minutes.
Turn on the unit again, this may clear the error. If not you can find the error code using the guide below.
How do I find an error code on my Daikin remote?
If the green LED on your indoor unit is blinking it means there is an error code.
- Point the remote at the indoor unit
- Push and hold the cancel button until ’00’ shows on screen
- Press and release cancel button, screen will change from ‘00’ to next fault code e.g. A0, A1, A2 etc (there are lots!)
- Continue step above until you hear a long beep, this will be the error code

My aircon is not heating/cooling well, what can I do?
Check your indoor filters are clean. Cleaning your filters is the most important maintenance task you can do to care for your air conditioner. Blocked filters can reduce a system's efficiency significantly. Replacing a blocked-up filter with a clean one can lower your air conditioner's energy consumption by anywhere from 5% to 15%.
You should check your filters each change of season, more if you aircon is installed near the kitchen or in a room with a wood fire as these areas cause greater build up of dust and oils on your filters.
